Free Shipping with every CANINE COLLAR order in the U.S that is over $25.00! Due to USPS's HUGE rate increases, the minimum for free shipping has increased. In a little over a year, the rates for small parcels have more than doubled in price. We have kept our product prices the same for almost three years despite rising costs.

to send any picture you have, photo's do not need to have our products in

Payment: PayPal is the preferred method of payment for CANINE COLLARS. This keeps our cost down which we pass on to you. Once you check out, you will be redirected to PayPal, which offers you a secure connection to pay either with a credit card or check. There is no need to have an existing account with PayPal. PayPal is the easy, quick, and secure way to make online payments. Please remember to keep your banking, credit info and address current with Paypal. We don't have access to any of your personal or financial information. *Websites that accept charge transactions directly, are actually handled by a third party, simillar to Paypal. It may not be as visible during the checkout procedure. If you would like to place an order and prefer to use a method of payment other than PayPal, please link to the Order Form below.
NO PHONE ORDERS. Canine Collars is not equipped to do business by phone. Credit cards are only accepted through PayPal. Money orders and checks can be sent along with order form if preferred. Canine Collars is a small family operated business. Phone calls halt order processing and interfere with family time. Your consideration in this matter is greatly appreciated. Shipping: is free for any order over $25.00 on all our products to any where in the United States. Please use button on Home page to add $3.50 for international orders.All of our products ship USPS First Class unless otherwise requested by the customer. Most orders are shipped within two days of receiving it and manufactured items may take longer if not in stock. We will notify you by e-mail when your order has been sent and if your order is delayed for any reason.

Prices: Prices vary according to materials used and labor involved. At CANINE COLLARS we strive to keep our prices affordable and competitive. Prices are stated for products individually.
Guarantee: CANINE COLLARS guarantees our products against any flaws in materials or workmanship. CANINE COLLARS products are not guaranteed against excessive scratching, chewing and pulling. Also, some fabrics are more fragile to abuse than others. These collars are not suitable for pets that are tied out.
*Small Prints - More suitable for smaller collars - Guidelines only. *Please note: Fabric prints that the pattern appears to be larger may not be appropriate size for smaller collars, especially the X-Small and cat collars. The fabric samples are shown wider (the actual measurement would be 1 1/2" to 2" wide - or twice the width of a large collar - on samples shown) than actual width of a collar in order to show variation of the print. Some print repeats are spaced 10" or more apart. Please take this into consideration when ordering even the larger collars. There is only 1" of fabric at the most for the pattern to show. We can not accept returns for this.
We have eliminated the "Buy Now" buttons on many of the fabric collars that were deemed to be too large of a print for Cat collars and X-Small collars. Some larger prints still remain so be sure to use good judgement as explained above. Some prints may be on the large side even for Small - X-Large sizes but the prints were just too cute to resist. If a sample appears larger than the other prints, it is larger. If you are still interested in a large print for XS and Cat collars, please let us know.
Return Policy
CANINE COLLARS guarantees our products against any flaws in materials or workmanship. We can not accept returns for "print is too large". Recomendations are posted on every collar page. If it appears to be a larger print and doesn't have a * next to it, then it is a larger print. We try our best to center a print on as little as 1/2" area and even 1" is not a lot of space. Also, print fabric repeats can greatly vary. If this is a concern, please order collar fabrics with an * or solid colors. If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately. Collars and leashes are CUSTOM MADE so a loss is incurred once they have been rerturned. SPECIAL ORDERS and SPECIAL REQUESTS (different sizing, Martingale, buckle, hardware requests) are NOT REFUNDABLE. CLEARANCE ITEMS are NOT REFUNDABLE. Please don't return merchandise without notifying us first. We will email you return instructions. It is recommended to insure returned merchandise. You may return your items within 15 days, unused. CANINE COLLARS will issue replacement or shop credit for returns. There will be a $5.00 exchange/return restocking fee per collar if return is not due to CANINE COLLARS error. You will be required to pay the shipping charges for any exchange. This policy will also apply for wrong size orders so please review size charts and measure your pets neck carefully, adding an inch or two for comfort. It is better to go up a size than to order too small.

Extra Small: These collars are suitable for toy dogs and puppies whose neck measures 6" to 11": Maltese, Yorkie, Pomeranian, Chihuahua
Small: These collars are for dogs whose neck measures 10" to 15":Shih-tzu, Pug, Boston Terrier, Bichon Frize
Medium: These collars are for dogs whose neck measures 12" to 18": Whippet, Dalmatian, Corgis, Shetland Sheepdog
Large: These collars are for dogs whose neck measures 15" to 24": Golden Retriever, Labrador Retriever, Boxer, Standard Poodle
Extra Large: These collars are for dogs whose neck measures 17" to 29": Greyhound, Mastiff, Great Dane, German Shepard
All collars and leashes are custom made so special requests can be accomadated when ordered. CANINE COLLARS will issue a replacement or store credit for returns. Items may be returned within 15 days for in-store credit. The item must arrive back in its original packaging and be in like-new condition. Returns of used or incomplete merchandise will not be accepted.
Bling Bling Care: Pets are unpredictably aggressive and there is no possible way to know how each individual pet will "treat" their rhinestone collar. Rhinestones could certainly pop out if owners allow rough play while wearing their "Bling Bling", and as such, this is their responsibility.
Care Instructions: Hand washing and line drying are recommended for the fabric collars. Spot cleaning is reccomended for the trim collars and other collars offered. A steam iron can be used to smooth out most cotton fabrics. Use an iron on a lower setting for silk and satin collars. As with any collar, periodic inspection should be made for wear and tear. Collars are not recommended for tying animal out.
